A MESSAGE FROM PETER

WHEN MIRKO CAME UP WITH THIS IDEA, I CAN’T SAY I WAS WILDLY ENTHUSIASTIC.

IT SOUNDED TO ME LIKE ONE OF THOSE SCHEMES YOU COME UP WITH IN THE PUB AND SPEND THE NEXT YEAR REGRETTING. SO I THOUGHT, BEFORE WE SUBJECT THE PAPERISTAS TO THIS I’D BETTER MAKE A COUPLE OF STANDS. THE EXPERIENCE WAS MUCH EASIER THAN I HAD IMAGINED.

Four sheets of Norman knights and a few new individuals rolled off the production line in three evenings in front of the TV, and the infantry base was about the same. I loved the result, and so will you.

We will provide downloads and full instructions for the layout of your assigned stand or stands and for the presentation of the figures.

All you need then is some 120G Paper for the Paperboys, and a good pair
of detail scissors. We assume you will have the Glue and Mod-Podge already.

Here is your chance to give something back to the Paperboys adventure and to share in what we hope will be a spectacular landmark moment in the history of paper soldiering. Andiamo!

HERE IS HOW THE EFFORT WORKS:

Join: Sign up via the form below to become a volunteer contributor. NAME, SURNAME, EMAIL ARE ALL REQUIRED FIELDS
Receive Your Contingent: AFTER YOU HAVE DECLARED HOW MANY BASES YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SUBMIT We will assign you a specific Paperboys Sheet Package — perhaps a BASE of Anglo-Danes or a BASE of Norman Archers.
Create: You will receive the Instructions and the sheet of PaperBoys
and dedicate your skills to gluing, folding, cutting and basing your assigned figures.
Deploy: Once your figures are complete and based according to our specifications, you send them back to the H960 Command Center. Your contribution will be proudly deployed on the final battlefield! Your Name will be credited to the Hastings960 WARBANNER THAT WILL BE BROUGHT AT WARGAMES EVENTS.
